WARRANTY POLICY

At INNOREL, we stand behind the quality of our professional photography equipment. We provide a 2-year limited warranty on all original INNOREL products, effective from the date of purchase.

This warranty policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from our official website, https://innoreltech.com/.

What This Warranty Covers

Manufacturing Defects: Faulty components, structural flaws, or material defects present at the time of manufacturing.
Functional Failures: Mechanical issues or operational failures that occur during normal, intended use.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, drops, neglect, or improper handling.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., natural degradation of rubber grips, foam pads, cosmetic scratches, or anodized finishes).
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or self-repairs.
Use exceeding the product’s specified maximum load capacity (e.g., overloading tripods or ball heads with excessive gear weight).
Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers, liquidators, or second-hand transfers.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

Submit Your Claim: Contact our Customer Support team at innorel@innoreltech.com. Please include your Order ID (Proof of Purchase), a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect. (Providing visual evidence helps us speed up your processing time.)
Review & Authorization: Our technical team will evaluate your submission. If the issue qualifies for warranty coverage, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return shipping address.
Shipping: Do not ship any items back without prior authorization. For verified manufacturing defects, the repair or replacement service is completely free of charge, and we will cover the two-way standard shipping costs (returning the item to us and shipping the repaired/replaced unit back to you).
Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product of comparable functionality, or issue a refund.

Limitations of Liability

Non-Transferable: This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.
Void If Tampered: The warranty is immediately rendered void if the product is disassembled, tampered with, or modified without express written consent from INNOREL.
No Consequential Damages: INNOREL is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any damage or destruction caused to third-party equipment (such as cameras, expensive lenses, monitors, or lighting gear) while using our products.
Replacement Products: Replacement parts or products may be brand new or factory-refurbished to match original operational standards.
