Our Refund Policy is as follows: 

1.Return Window & Eligibility:
You can return all products within 15 calendar days of delivery for exchange or refund. 

2. Return Shipping Fees:
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item).

3. Item Condition for Returns:
You should make sure that the items returned are in their original condition. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, you will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give you a refund.

4. Return Address & Shipping Instructions:
Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. Please do not return your items directly to the address on your package. You must contact us at email innoreltech@gmail.com to get the correct return address. Please send us the tracking number after you give the items to the logistics company. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate an exchange or a refund, please contact our customer care team at innoreltech@gmail.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

6. Refund Method & Processing Time:
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. After we complete your refund, we will send you a message/Email. Please allow 7-15 business days for your refund to appear.

7. Gift Cards, Coupons & Giveaways:
If a gift card, coupon, store credit, or free promotional item was applied to an order, that promotional value is non-refundable and cannot be reissued if the order is refunded.

8. Customs Taxes & Non-Refundable Fees:
We cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
